The Panorama Trail begins in the market town of Haag, whose castle towers are visible from afar, hinting at the rich history of the “Haag Land”. To the east lies the unique “Dead Ice Kettle Trail”, marked by depressions left by the Inn Glacier during the Würm Ice Age. The path continues to Ramsau, Reichertsheim, and over the rolling hills back to Haag. On clear days, the trail offers stunning views of the Alps: to the west, the Zugspitze, and to the east, the mountains of the Salzkammergut.
